Ingredients for 2 persons:
- 200g of Pasta
- 1 onion
- 1 clove 'garlic
- 2 chicken frankfurters
- 4 green peppers (small)
- 3 yellow peppers (small)
- 3 Red Peppers (small)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt q.b
- Grated cheese
In skillet saute the chopped onion in oil with garlic, then add the chicken sausage, cut into cubes and fry until the sausage is eased gold. Then add the pepper, cut into cubes. Continue to cook um putting some of the pasta cooking water. The peppers should not be so fired. Take out someone to blend and make a paste. When the pasta is ready drain and sauté with sausage and peppers.
Serve by a fund with the cream over the dough and placing complete with grated cheese.
