smoked risotto

Ingredients:
- 200 gr. rice
- 150 gr. of salmon
- 100 gr. of smoked
- A leek
- A glass of sparkling medium sweet
- White pepper q.b.
- Olive oil q.b.
- A knob of butter
- broth

Preparation:
In a saucepan, place the oil and leek cut into rounds for a few minutes then add the rice and saute a little ', at this point, add the pepper and champagne, and proceed as for a normal irrigating rice with broth little by little. When cooked, turn off the heat and add the butter into small pieces of salmon and smoked cheese in small cubes. let stand for a few minutes then serve and enjoy. (The photo shows the dish was garnished with a few strips of salmon).
