SNAILS WITH BACON AND FRIARELLI

Ingredients for 3 People:
- 300g Pasta snails or slugs
- 250 g of bacon
- 1 clove of garlic
- 300g pack of Sweet Peppers, friarelli
- Grated Parmesan Cheese.
- Olio d 'Oliva
- Sale
- Black pepper


Preparation:
Fry bacon with oil and garlic. Then add the whole peppers and fry for 2 min. Meanwhile cook the pasta in abundant salted water. Drain the conchiglioni and season them into the pan with the bacon and peppers. Turn off the heat and add black pepper and grated Parmesan.
