Ingredients for 2 People:
- 360 grams of salmon
- 160 g of spaghetti
- Olive green and black q.b
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 shallot
- 2 cloves' garlic
- Chilli q.b
- Black pepper q.b
- Extra virgin olive oil
preparation:
In a sauté pan with the shallots and oil is' garlic. Add olives, diced tomatoes and salmon cut in the same way, salt and chili pepper to your taste. Cook. With the sauce ready drain the pasta and add to the pan with the sauce and fry. Turn off the heat and add a bit of zeest lemon and chopped parsley.
Serve with a sprinkling of pepper.
