Puff Pastry Gorgonzola, Pear and Baked Ham

Ingredients for 4 People:
- 1 Pasta Sfloglia
- 150 of proscuitto cotto
- 250 g Gorgonzola Mascarpone
- 1 Shallot
- 3 Pears
- 1 glass of milk
- 100g of Philadelphia
- Diced Edamer
- 30g of butter
- 2 Fresh Red Peppers
- Nutmeg
- Salt q.b
- Pepe q.b

  Preparation:
  Pears are cut into cubes and fry gently in a pan with butter, shallots, pepper, nutmeg and salt immediately ad the milk. Leave to dry. Then cut the baket ham and pepper the pan and add .
