Polenta With Rolled Ham

Ingredients for 2 People:
- 200g Flour for Polenta
- 30 g of cheese
- 200g Fontina
- Milk
- 30g of flour
- 4 slices cooked ham
- 100 g of vegetables you like (spinach)
- Oil Extra Virgin 'Olive
- Sale




  Preparation:
Brown the vegetables in the pan with oil, a clove of garlic, salt and pepper. Preferably used but also other vegetables spinach is fine. After the vegetables and ready take the slices of ham and place the vegetables to finish with a toothpick. Finally fry gently for 2 minutes. In a pot with water, salt and a dash of olive oil, boil and begin to put the flour for polenta, and cheese. Let it cook. Once the polenta is ready to start season with roll and the fondue.
