PASTA WITH CHICKEN AND CHIPS

Ingredients for 3 People:

- 600g chicken

- 300 g of Pasta

- 2 potatoes

- 1 onion

- 3 cloves of garlic

- 3 tomatoes

- 3 spices for meats q.b

- Black pepper q.b

- Parsley q.b

- Oil Extra Virgin 'Olive q.b

- 1 yellow pepper

- Pitted Green Olives q.b

- Oil for frying

- Grated Parmesan

preparation

In a pan put a little 'oil and fry the chicken breast cut into cubes, the' cut or crushed garlic, onion, salt, spices and black pepper. Let cook, and when the chicken turns golden, add diced tomatoes without skin and seeds, fry for another 10 minutes. Some minutes before turning off the heat, add the diced bell pepper, olives and parsley.
In another pan, fry the diced potatoes with plenty of oil for frying.
Cook the pasta in abundant salted water. When cooked in the fry pan with the sauce. Serve with fried potatoes and Parmesan cheese in thin slivers.
