Ingredients for 4 People:
- 450 grams of turkey breast

- A little bit of Brandy
- Extra virgin 'olive oil

Preparezione:
First of all the slices of turkey shall be thin. After split them in half and do the same with the bacon. Cut the mozzarella into cubes small apartments. started to compose the bundle putting the mozzarella wrapped in speck in the middle and then close the bundle. seal with string. After putting oil in the pot with dumplings with salt and pepper. Allow to cook. When browned all over and from all sides, add the wine. Allow to soften for 2 minutes. In another frying pan put the 'pineapple and mango chunks. Let brown with honey, salt and pepper. After 5 minutes add brandy and flambé done in the last zeest lime and a few leaves of fresh cilantro.
For the Cheese Fondue
- milk
- Fontina Cheese
- 10 g flour
- Pepe
Cut the cheese in thin. Mix the flour with a bit of milk. Put the mixture in a saucepan over low heat, add a pinch of pepper and mix well. When it becomes creamy, ready to serve.
Serve by placing the bottom of the fondue pot in the middle of the parcels, for the last fruit sauce.
