
- 200 g Rice
- 100 g Spicy Salami
- 100 g smoked scamorza cheese
- 1 onion
- Butter
- 4 medium tomatoes without skin
- Vegetable Soup
- Oil Extra Virgin 'Olive
- Marjoram q.b
- Black pepper
Preparation:
In a frying pan with olive oil and tomatoes and then put onion cut in thin and add the rice, pepper, and marjoram. Sauté then put the wine. Let it evaporate. After starting to add the vegetable soup. When almost done put the salami, cut into strips. After the end of the heat off, add the smoked cheese and a knob of butter.
