The Mediterranean soup


Ingredients for 2 People:
- 150 g of vegetables for soup Mediterranean
- 1 onion
- 3 Medium Carrots
- 1 leaf of 'laurel
- 140 g bacon, diced
- 1 cube of broth to the vegetables
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 1 teaspoon chilli
- Oil Extra Virgin 'Olive
- Sale
- Black pepper

preparation:
Put the pot, Mediterranean soup, sliced ​​carrots, onion, cut into squares, the leaf 'bay leaf, curry pepper, nut broth, chilli, salt and oil. Let cook for at least 1 hour checking the cooking. After everything is ready, add the bacon and cook for another few minutes. Check the salt and cook everything before you put out the fire. Let stand for 10 minutes and serve accompanied with toast or croutons. Even if you make this soup the next day is still very good.
